Chef Anthony Bish has been a globally-recognized, fine dining innovator for decades. As seen on Master Chef, Iron Chef and more, he's cooked for royalty and celebrities from New York to Bangkok to Hong Kong and has opened wildly successful dining concepts including a 'World's Top 50 Best' pizza winner.
In 2025 he and his family moved to Elora, Ontario where he opened his first Canadian culinary concept to internet viral popularity and media attention (as seen in Toronto Life, Curiocity, View The Vibe, Narcity, Foodism, Aubern Lane, and many more). Months of research and recipe testing later, he opened Anthony's Private Restaurant in collaboration with 7 time world record-breaking jewelry artist and hotelier, Kat Florence - an Elora native and longtime Chef Bish fan herself.

A spectacularly restored 1800's building, the renowned and Conde Nast Traveler 2025 award-winning Kat Florence Hotel is the exclusive home of Anthony's private restaurant experience (just steps from the main hotel and suites).
Kat Florence called on Chef Bish for his immense culinary talent and similar appreciation for simple, slow luxury for her celebrity and VIP hotel clientele. Thus, Anthony's was born.
Kat and Chef are constantly ideating and collaborating on new ideas for the experience. It's a true merging of passionate artists and a Tasting Journey that can only be accessed as a visiting client of the ultra luxury retreat.
